the hotel's location allowed quick access to public transport. the staff was genuinely friendly. barbara particularly helped with bottle openers and cutlery (very useful!). the kid's bed was unexpectedly comfy, not a typical sofa bed at all.
i noticed the breakfast options were quite basic.

the breakfast offered an excellent choice of fresh items. the room was very clean. the staff were kind, a detail i found admirable.
the hotel did not provide a fridge in the room. this omission made it difficult to keep any accessories cold, a notable inconvenience. sometimes a strange smell lingered in the room, which i found somewhat unpleasant.
